Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Lucknow. The Receptionist will handle daily responsibilities including managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, meeting and greeting clients, and overseeing front desk operations. Administrative and clerical tasks, such as managing schedules, organizing documents, and addressing customer inquiries, will be part of this role. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors and callers.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in phone etiquette and customer interaction
  • Experience with receptionist duties such as managing front desk activities and greeting visitors
  • Proficiency in clerical skills, including scheduling, filing, and organizing documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
  • Attention to detail, professionalism, and strong organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced on-site environment in Lucknow
  • Prior experience in a similar role and basic knowledge of office software applications is a plus
