Job Title: Sales Manager – B2B Sales
Location: Vadodara & Lucknow
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales operations in Vadodara and Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with platforms like IndiaMART, , or other B2B portals and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned region.
*Identify, acquire, and manage B2B clients through platforms like IndiaMART, , and other digital/field channels.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
*Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
*Prepare and present business development reports to management.
*Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
*Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
*Proven B2B sales experience (IndiaMART, , or similar platforms preferred).
*Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
*Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
*Target-driven with excellent leadership and team management skills.
*Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
