Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments, provide sales reports, and participate in industry events and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
- Leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in market analysis and trend monitoring
- Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, specifically solar energy, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
