About Us:
Attari Furniture Group is a leading name in the furniture industry, known for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for improved performance
Identify new business opportunities and markets
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to boost sales efforts
Track, analyze, and report sales performance and market trends
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (preferably in retail/furniture industry)
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets
Good understanding of sales reports, forecasting, and CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset
What We Offer:
Salary range of ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
