Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - FMCG located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and achieving sales targets. The role also entails building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management within the FMCG sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
