About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through targeted outreach and strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential B2B clients and generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and pitch solutions to business customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
  • Manage the complete B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
