Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) – 1+ Year Experience

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through targeted outreach and strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential B2B clients and generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Conduct product/service presentations and pitch solutions to business customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Good problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, staffing, or corporate sales (optional).
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead generation strategies.
