Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Uttar Pradesh . The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales teams, setting sales targets, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds those targets. The role involves creating sales strategies, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, including team leadership and meeting sales targets
- Strong skills in relationship building, client management, and customer service
- Ability to develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and conduct market research
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the solar energy sector is a plus
