Salary - Up to 15000 plus incentives
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
