Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive and confident Business Development Executive for B2B Sales in Lucknow.

This is a field-based, target-driven role, where the candidate will meet business owners, pitch services, generate leads, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily field visits to meet business owners and decision-makers
  • Generate new B2B leads through visits, calls, and market research
  • Explain company services and present business proposals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into clients
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Maintain daily MIS and update CRM
  • Coordinate with the operations team for client onboarding & support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Should be comfortable with daily field work
  • Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Experience in B2B/Field Sales preferred (1–3 years)
  • Freshers with good confidence can apply
  • Having an own bike and smartphone is preferred
  • Basic idea of digital/business services is an advantage
