Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at our Lucknow location. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the technical team to refine sales proposals. The role requires attending client meetings, maintaining detailed records of sales activities, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related area
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the software development industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
