**Job Title**: B2B Sales Executive

**Location**: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
**Work Type**: Full-time, Work from Office / Field Sales
**Experience**: 2-5 years
**Salary**: ₹65,000 - ₹75,000 per month (based on experience)
**Education**: Bachelor's Degree (BA or equivalent)
**Gender Preference**: Open to all (Male/Female)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify potential business clients through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule meetings and present company products/services to prospective corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and pricing structures.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and product developments.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences when required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (BA preferred; additional business/sales certifications are a plus).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in **B2B sales, corporate sales, or institutional sales**.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must; knowledge of local languages is a plus.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
