Gramik, a leading innovator in agricultural technology, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented **B2B Sales Executive** to join our Lucknow team. In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and empowering farmers through our cutting-edge agritech solutions.
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Contribute to the development of regional sales strategies and market insights.
- Connect with the Vendors and convert the sales.
- Build a good relationship and contribute in the team success
**What You Bring**:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the agriculture sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
