**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and grow B2B sales by targeting solar EPC companies, installers, and contractors.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Provide accurate quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams for order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on solar product trends, market pricing, and competitor activity.
- Represent Daya Solartech at local trade shows, exhibitions, and solar industry events.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the solar or electrical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar components and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
