**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the EdTech market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, colleges, universities, and educational organizations.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine sales tactics and drive competitive advantage.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the education sector.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of [Company Name]’s EdTech solutions.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
- Set clear performance objectives and monitor progress, offering feedback and guidance to drive success.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
- **Product Knowledge & Promotion**:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of [Company Name]’s EdTech products and solutions, and how they address the needs of educational institutions.
- Work closely with the product team to stay updated on new features and enhancements, and communicate these to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Track and analyze sales metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market insights to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including customer support, product development, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
