Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for TruScholar's SAAS products.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Present TruScholar's products and services effectively to potential clients.

1. Sales Operations:

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.

2. Remote Work and Business Travel:

- Ability to work remotely while maintaining high productivity and achieving sales targets.
- Travel to Mumbai and Delhi as needed for business meetings, client presentations, and

conferences.

3. Communication and Reporting:

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-4 years) in B2B SAAS-based product sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- MBA or equivalent educational background preferred.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and conferences.
- Familiarity with the educational technology sector is a plus.
