**Job Title**: B2B EdTech Sales Executive (Male)
**Location**: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad
**Salary**: ₹65,000 - ₹75,000 per month
**Experience**: 1 - 2 years
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
**Industry**: EdTech / Education Solutions
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target new B2B leads (schools, colleges, educational institutions) within assigned territory.
- Pitch **EdTech products and services** through in-person meetings, presentations, demos, and virtual sessions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (principals, directors, purchase heads).
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly **sales targets and KPIs**.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, support) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Stay up-to-date with **EdTech trends, competitor offerings**, and market developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- **1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales**, preferably in **EdTech, SaaS, or education sector**.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales cycles end-to-end.
- Comfortable with travel within Ghaziabad/Delhi-NCR for client meetings.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office suite.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
