Kochi Kerala, India Funriders Leisure & Amusement Pvt. Ltd. Full time

Responsible for preparing database of customers. The database should include the name, address, phone number,location, category & updating the data in the software.
- Responsible to listen actively to client enquiries, empathize with their worries, and ask pertinent questions to ascertain their wants.
- Responsible to assess the potential of leads and send them to CRM for categorization them based on their level of interest and profile.
- Responsible to collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and share relevant customer insights to support the sales process.
- Responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales journey.
- Responsible to address customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively, coordinating with internal teams to find appropriate solutions.
- Responsible to conduct regular follow-ups with leads to provide additional information, overcome objections, and move them further along the sales funnel.
- Responsible to update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Responsible to work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Responsible to submit daily/weekly/monthly work status report to the reporting manager/management.
- Responsible to attend the review meetings as per the review meeting schedule of the organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
