**About the Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relation Executives. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related services, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining long-term relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with ticketing, holiday packages, visas, and other travel services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
- Provide information on products, promotions, and travel guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Support cross-selling and upselling of company services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
