**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and follow-up processes.
- Identify opportunities for business development and implement strategies to drive sales growth and revenue generation.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote our products and services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation in our products and services.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer engagement, sales performance, and market insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business development initiatives using CRM software.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, business development, or telemarketing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving results.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
