As a **Customer Relations Officer (CRO)**, your primary role is to ensure that customers have a positive experience with your company or organization. You act as a liaison between the company and its customers, resolving issues, providing information, and maintaining a strong relationship with them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a minimum sales in online courses.
- Own and hit/exceed Monthly sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Maintain the Effective communication across the sales team
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and basic tech skills for managing customer data and inquiries.
