Job Description: Telecaller (Kannada) **Position**: Relationship Officer **Language Requirement**: Kannada (Fluency in English or other regional languages is a plus) **Location**: [kochi] **Employment Type**: [Full-Time] **Reports To**: [Insert Reporting Manager or Department] **Responsibilities** - **Customer Interaction**: - Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services or resolve inquiries. - Handle incoming calls and address customer queries professionally. - **Sales and Lead Generation**: - Promote company products or services and generate interest among customers. - Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. - Record customer details and responses accurately for lead tracking. - **Problem Resolution**: - Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. - Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when necessary. - **Follow-ups and Feedback**: - Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads or ensure customer satisfaction. - Collect customer feedback to improve service quality. - **Documentation**: - Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales conversions in the database. - Prepare and submit call logs and reports as needed. **Qualifications and Skills** - **Education**: Bachelor’s degree. - **Language Skills**: Fluency in Kannada (spoken and written). - **Experience**: [1 to 6Years"] of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role - **Skills**: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer skills and familiarity - Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. - **Personal Attributes**: - Positive attitude and self-motivation. - Strong listening skills and patience with customers. - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 9042079211
