**Job description**

**Student Relationship Officer**

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Student Relationship to join our growing team. You will be responsible for promoting our accommodation services to students, parents, and agents, and converting inquiries into successful bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable housing options.
- Handle incoming leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain relationships with agents, universities, and student groups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Provide accurate information about locations, rent, amenities, and booking procedures.
- Maintain a CRM database with lead and client information.
- Support clients throughout the booking journey, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service (education/travel sector is a plus).
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.*
- Smart, confident, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer and CRM tool knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
