**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with students, ensuring regular follow-ups and continuous support throughout the admission process.
- **Information Sessions**: Conduct information sessions and seminars to educate students and parents about study abroad opportunities and processes.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to facilitate smooth admission processes for students.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that students may face during the admission process.
- **Event Participation**: Represent Graduator at education fairs, school visits, and other promotional events to attract potential students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in student counseling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of international education systems and study abroad processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
