The Student Recruitment Officer is responsible for actively promoting the courses offered by the Company. This role involves planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns, participating in recruitment projects, and supporting the overall student enrollment strategy.

The Officer will play a key role in the implementation of departmental policies, marketing strategies, and outreach initiatives. They will also coordinate campus-level recruitment activities and strive to meet individual and campus-wide enrollment targets within set timeframes.

In addition to marketing and recruitment duties, the incumbent will provide administrative support to both the campus administration team and the Campus Manager, ensuring smooth operational flow and effective communication between departments.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve student enrollment targets.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and provide accurate information about programs, admissions, scholarships, and student life.
- Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, education agents, and other key partners.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials and digital content.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and recruitment activities using CRM systems.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Provide input on market trends, student needs, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate and participate in virtual recruitment initiatives such as webinars, online chats, and social media engagement.
- _Achieve Student enrolments per month/Intake._
- _Maintain a conversion rate of at least 20% from leads generated to enrolled students._
- _Achieve a 95% increase in the number of enrolled students from recruitment events._
- _Management and development of key strategic partnerships (hospitals, universities, student groups, professional associations, migration and education agents, etc) for increasing the student recruitment._
