**Job Description: Student Coordinator**

**Location**: URBX Knowledge Park, Thrikkakara, Cochin
**Position**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Student Support & Engagement**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for student queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Regularly interact with students to track attendance, participation, and academic progress.
- Foster a positive learning environment by resolving issues and supporting students’ well-being.

**2. Academic Coordination**:

- Assist faculty with class scheduling, exam planning, and resource management.
- Maintain up-to-date student records, including attendance, assessments, and certifications.
- Communicate important academic updates, deadlines, and events to students.

**3. Event & Activity Management**:

- Coordinate extracurricular activities, workshops, seminars, and student development programs.
- Support in planning field visits, industry interactions, and certification processes.

**4. Administrative Support**:

- Ensure smooth communication between students, faculty, and management.
- Prepare reports and updates on student performance and share with relevant departments.
- Assist in onboarding new students, including orientation and induction processes.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in student coordination, academic support, or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic office software (**MS Office, Google Workspace**).
- A student-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks with empathy and efficiency.
