**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound telecalling to prospective students and parents, providing information about the institution’s courses, admission process, and other educational offerings.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from students and parents regarding courses, fees, deadlines, and admission requirements.
- Provide detailed counseling on available academic programs, scholarship opportunities, and career prospects.
- Assist students with the entire admission process, including form filling, document submission, and necessary follow-up.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure they complete the admission process in a timely manner.
- Promote the institution’s programs, highlighting their benefits, unique selling points, and career pathways.
- Guide students on required documentation, deadlines, and procedures to ensure a seamless admission experience.
- Organize and participate in virtual or in-person admission-related events or open houses.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to track and report on the status of applicants.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the telecalling process and overall student engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective students, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in telecalling, student counseling, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Ability to effectively guide students and parents through the admission process.
- Good understanding of academic programs, career pathways, and admission procedures.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive and patient attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in a student counseling or telecalling role in an educational institution

REQUIREMENTS:

Accommdation will be Provided
Qualification - Higher secondary or any degree
Office time - 9.30 TO 5.30 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
