Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and courteously.
- Provide detailed information and advice about the company's products and services.

2. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and understand their needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs.

3. Problem Resolution:

- Investigate and resolve product or service issues, ensuring that appropriate solutions are provided.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.

4. Customer Feedback:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Report feedback and suggestions to relevant departments to enhance products and services.
- Conduct surveys to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.

6. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and technical support to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective customer service policies and procedures.

7. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance customer service skills.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
