Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (Online UPS Field)

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to support our Online UPS business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their power backup requirements, and building long-term customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, field visits, and networking.

* Meet customers to understand their Online UPS requirements and provide basic product information.

* Coordinate with the sales/technical team to prepare quotations and proposals.

* Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing requirements.

* Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

* Update daily customer visits, follow-ups, and lead status reports.

* Support overall sales growth by identifying new market opportunities.

**Requirements:**

* Experience in Customer Relationship / Sales support (experience in UPS or electrical field preferred).

* Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

* Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

* Willingness to visit customers as part of field activity.

* Basic understanding of Online UPS systems (training will be provided).

* Good time management and follow-up skills.
