Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex transcript-related inquiries from students, universities, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information while maintaining professional communication standards
- Process and verify academic transcripts, ensuring compliance with both institutional requirements and international educational standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with university registrar offices and educational institutions worldwide
- Monitor and track transcript requests through our internal systems, ensuring adherence to processing timelines and service level agreements
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and transactions in the company's database
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality in transcript processing

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in document verification and processing is a plus
