**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategically manage and optimize 5-15 Google Ads accounts across various industries
- Execute tailored campaign strategies for each account based on specific client objectives
- Monitor daily performance metrics across all accounts, ensuring spend efficiency and high ROAS
- Perform regular audits to identify gaps, errors, or opportunities in structure, bidding, and creatives
- Work directly with account executives or clients to align on goals, budgets, and timelines
- Automate recurring tasks using scripts or rules to maintain efficiency at scale
- Maintain strong account hygiene and follow best practices for structure, naming conventions, and tagging
- Generate insightful reports, track KPIs, and provide recommendations backed by data
- Stay updated with the latest platform features, trends, and policy updates

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing multiple Google Ads accounts simultaneously
- Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, and Shopping at minimum)
- Solid understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills with high attention to detail

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in an agency or with client-facing roles
- Familiarity with scripts, Google Ads API, or automation tools (e.g., Optmyzr, Adzooma)
- Working knowledge of bulk edits via Google Ads Editor
- Basic knowledge of Facebook/Meta Ads or other paid platforms is a plus
