**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Video, etc.).
- Create and manage Facebook Ads campaigns to target specific audiences and maximize ROI.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords for Google Ads and SEO campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy and design engaging creatives for both Google and Facebook Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance closely and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and maximize ROI.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Conduct website audits and implement technical SEO improvements as needed.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing for conversions.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and experience in creating and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads reporting.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Solid grasp of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and SEO certifications (preferred but not required).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
