**JJob Title: Google Ads Certified Intern**

As a Google Ads Certified Intern, you will work closely with the marketing team to create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Setup**: Assist in setting up new Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting.
- **Campaign Management**: Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis and make adjustments to optimize performance. This includes adjusting bids, refining targeting options, and testing ad creatives.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases to target in advertising campaigns. Use tools such as Google Keyword Planner to identify high-value keywords.
- **Ad Copywriting**: Assist in creating compelling ad copy that attracts clicks and drives conversions. Ensure that ad copy is aligned with campaign objectives and adheres to best practices.
- **Performance Reporting**: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform future campaign optimizations.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Monitor competitor advertising activity to identify opportunities and threats. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and guidelines to maintain campaign eligibility and prevent account suspension or penalties.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
- Google Ads certification is preferred but not required (willingness to obtain certification during the internship period is desirable).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
