**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a data-savvy and result-oriented **Google Ads Performance Expert** to manage, optimize, and scale ad campaigns for lead generation and business growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on campaign experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Google Ads accounts with a focus on performance and lead quality.
- Analyze campaign data, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Implement bid strategies, ad copy testing, and audience targeting improvements.
- Conduct regular A/B testing and performance audits.
- Identify underperforming areas and take corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for internal review.
- Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years of experience in performance-focused Google Ads management.
- Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work with lead-based campaign goals and conversion tracking.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
