Job Description: Google Ads Bidding Strategist - Lead Generation & SEM Expert

Key Responsibilities:
Bidding Strategy Development: Design, implement, and optimize bidding strategies across multiple Google Ads accounts to ensure maximum efficiency, profitability, and lead generation.
Lead Generation Expertise: Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation, using tailored strategies to attract high-quality leads for clients across diverse industries.
Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to inform bidding strategies, ensuring the right keywords are targeted to drive relevant traffic.
A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives to optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages, improving overall conversion rates.
Remarketing & Audience Targeting: Use advanced remarketing and audience targeting techniques to re-engage users and refine bidding strategies based on audience behavior and intent.
SEM & Search Engine Marketing: Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, ensuring bidding strategies are aligned with client goals to enhance visibility and maximize ROI.
Google Analytics & Performance Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics 360 and Google Search Console to track the performance of bidding strategies, providing detailed insights and reports for ongoing optimization.
Performance Marketing Optimization: Leverage performance marketing principles to optimize budget allocation, bidding tactics, and campaign strategies, ensuring the best possible ROI for clients.
Client Communication & Strategy: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and tailor bidding strategies that align with their objectives. Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts, with a focus on bidding strategies, lead generation, and performance marketing.
Google Ads Search Certification, Google AdWords Certification, and Google Analytics Certification are required.
Strong background in keyword research, utilizing tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Google Trends to inform strategic bidding decisions.
Expertise in designing and implementing A/B tests and CRO strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
Proficiency in remarketing and audience targeting, adjusting bidding strategies to maximize the impact of each audience segment.
Solid experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM), with the ability to drive performance through well-optimized bidding strategies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 360 and Google Search Console for tracking, analysis, and reporting on bidding strategy performance.
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, with a focus on optimizing ad spend and maximizing ROI.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and provide actionable insights through data-driven reports.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with advanced Google Ads bidding techniques like Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions, and Enhanced CPC.
Familiarity with SEO strategies and how they integrate with bidding strategies to create a cohesive marketing approach.
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Google Data Studio, and other digital marketing tools for advanced optimization.
Up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads trends, features, and best practices for bidding and performance optimization.
