**Job Description: Google Ads ROI Strategist - Lead Generation & Performance Optimization**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Manage Multiple Google Ads Accounts**: Oversee and optimize **multiple Google Ads accounts** simultaneously, focusing on maximizing **ROI** and driving **lead generation** across various business sectors.
- **Lead Generation Strategy**: Develop and implement effective **lead generation** strategies using **Google Ads**, ensuring that campaigns deliver high-quality leads and measurable results.
- **Keyword Research & Strategy**: Conduct comprehensive **keyword research** and develop strategic campaigns that drive relevant traffic, enhance visibility, and maximize conversions for clients.
- **A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Implement **A/B testing** across ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and other campaign elements to continuously **optimize conversion rates** and ensure better ROI.
- **Remarketing & Audience Targeting**: Leverage **remarketing** and **audience targeting** strategies to engage and re-engage previous website visitors, optimizing ad spend for maximum return.
- **SEM & Search Engine Marketing**: Manage **Search Engine Marketing (SEM)** campaigns, ensuring they are designed for **maximum ROI** by targeting high-converting keywords and optimizing bids.
- **Google Analytics & Performance Reporting**: Utilize **Google Analytics 360** and **Google Search Console** to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.
- **ROI Optimization**: Continuously analyze the **performance** of campaigns and implement data-driven adjustments to **maximize ROI**, including **budget allocation**, **bid management**, and **targeting optimizations**.
- **Client Strategy & Communication**: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop **ROI-focused Google Ads strategies** that align with their goals. Provide regular performance reports with clear insights and strategic recommendations for growth.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience managing **multiple Google Ads accounts** with a focus on **lead generation** and **maximizing ROI**.
- **Google Ads Search Certification**, **Google AdWords Certification**, and **Google Analytics Certification** required.
- Expertise in **keyword research** and strategic **keyword targeting** to drive qualified traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Experience in **A/B testing** and **conversion rate optimization (CRO)** to improve **ad performance** and **maximize ROI**.
- Proficiency in **remarketing** and **audience targeting**, using data to refine targeting and re-engage high-converting users.
- Strong background in **Search Engine Marketing (SEM)** with a focus on **performance optimization** and **ROI improvement**.
- Advanced proficiency in **Google Analytics 360** and **Google Search Console** for performance tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of **performance marketing** principles, with a focus on **ROI maximization**, budget management, and **scalable growth**.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and deliver **data-driven insights**.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with **automated bidding strategies** such as **Target CPA**, **Target ROAS**, **Maximize Conversions**, and **Enhanced CPC** to improve **performance** and **ROI**.
- Familiarity with **SEO** principles and their integration with **paid search strategies** for improved results.
- Experience with **third-party marketing tools** such as **SEMrush**, **Google Data Studio**, and other performance optimization platforms.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest **Google Ads features** and **best practices** for driving **high-ROI** campaigns.
