Job Title: Google Ads & Conversion Expert - Lead Generation & SEM Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Multiple Google Ads Accounts: Oversee and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with client objectives, improving lead generation and maximizing performance across various industries.
Lead Generation Expertise: Develop and implement high-performing lead generation campaigns using Google Ads, ensuring campaigns target the right audience and drive conversions.
Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research to define strategic keyword campaigns, enhance targeting, and improve ad relevancy.
A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and other campaign elements, optimizing for higher conversion rates and better ROI.
Remarketing & Audience Targeting: Leverage remarketing strategies and audience targeting to increase conversion opportunities by re-engaging previous site visitors and targeting high-intent users.
SEM & Search Engine Marketing: Drive effective Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies using Google Ads and other platforms to enhance visibility, engagement, and ROI for clients.
Google Analytics & Performance Reporting: Use Google Analytics 360 and Google Search Console to track campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide actionable insights and regular performance reports.
Client Communication & Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic recommendations to improve ad performance. Deliver clear, data-driven insights through regular performance reports and optimization suggestions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts, specializing in lead generation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Google Ads Search Certification, Google AdWords Certification, and Google Analytics Certification are required.
Strong expertise in keyword research, using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Google Trends to drive campaign success.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO, optimizing landing pages, ad copy, and other elements to boost conversion rates.
Solid understanding of remarketing and audience targeting to improve engagement and drive relevant traffic.
Expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), managing PPC campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 360 and Google Search Console for monitoring, reporting, and performance optimization.
Strong performance marketing skills, including the ability to optimize campaign budgets and manage ad spend effectively.
Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights, collaborate with clients, and work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SEO and a holistic understanding of how paid search campaigns integrate with organic efforts.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Google Data Studio, and other advanced digital marketing tools.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Google Ads features and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
