Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads PLA Management: Oversee and manage multiple Google Ads accounts, with a primary focus on Product Listing Ads (PLA) to enhance e-commerce visibility and sales.
Lead Generation: Design, implement, and optimize lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, specifically leveraging PLA for client acquisition.
Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct detailed keyword research to inform ad copy, bidding strategies, and product feed optimization for maximum performance.
A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization: Lead A/B testing strategies across ad creatives, landing pages, and PLAs to improve conversion rates and ad effectiveness.
Remarketing & Audience Targeting: Develop and implement remarketing strategies to engage previous site visitors, re-targeting them with personalized ads to increase conversion potential.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Campaign Execution: Plan and execute SEM strategies that align with client goals, focusing on optimizing product feeds for PLA campaigns.
Google Analytics & Google Ads Integration: Utilize Google Analytics 360, Google Search Console, and Google Ads integration to track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and optimize for better results.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance, key learnings, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Feed Optimization: Regularly update and optimize product feeds to ensure they are accurate, relevant, and well-aligned with Google Ads requirements.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign objectives and goals are met.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts, with a focus on Google Ads PLA (Product Listing Ads).
Proven expertise in Lead Generation, Keyword Research, A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Google Ads Campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of SEM, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 360.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Demonstrated ability to manage product feeds, ad creatives, and keywords in the context of Google Ads PLA.
Experience in Remarketing, Audience Targeting, and optimizing for e-commerce goals.
Strong communication and client-facing skills for reporting and collaboration.
Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance marketing strategies.
Certifications (Preferred but not Required):
Google Ads Search Certification
Google AdWords Certification
Google Analytics Certification
Google Analytics 360
Google Merchant Center Expertise (For feed management and optimization)
Additional Skills (preferred):
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Familiarity with other Google Ads products (Display, YouTube, Search Network) is a plus.
