Job Description: Google Ads Scaling Expert - Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Scaling Expertise: Lead the efforts to scale multiple Google Ads accounts, focusing on driving significant lead generation growth while maintaining or improving ROI.
Lead Generation Strategies: Design and implement lead generation campaigns that generate high-quality, qualified leads, ensuring maximum conversion through scalable tactics.
Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct keyword research and develop a comprehensive keyword strategy that targets high-converting keywords for both paid search and remarketing campaigns.
A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement A/B testing to optimize ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies, driving improvements in conversion rates as campaigns scale.
Remarketing & Audience Targeting: Use advanced remarketing and audience targeting strategies to refine and expand campaigns, ensuring optimal reach and increased conversions from targeted audiences.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage SEM strategies for scaling paid search campaigns, optimizing bids, ad copy, and targeting for maximum performance.
Google Analytics & Performance Reporting: Leverage Google Analytics 360 and Google Search Console to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to scale further.
Performance Marketing Optimization: Use performance marketing principles to allocate budgets, optimize bids, and refine targeting strategies to maximize ROI as campaigns grow.
Client Strategy & Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, develop scalable Google Ads strategies, and communicate performance insights and optimization recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts with a focus on scaling lead generation and performance marketing.
Google Ads Search Certification, Google AdWords Certification, and Google Analytics Certification required.
Expertise in keyword research and development of scalable keyword strategies to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Strong background in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO), optimizing elements like ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Proficiency in remarketing and audience targeting, utilizing data to refine targeting and expand the reach of campaigns.
Solid experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), optimizing campaigns to improve traffic quality and conversion performance.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 360 and Google Search Console for performance tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Deep understanding of performance marketing principles, with a focus on scaling campaigns and optimizing ad spend to maximize revenue.
Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain performance metrics and offer strategic recommendations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with advanced Google Ads scaling techniques, including the use of automated bidding strategies, Target CPA, Target ROAS, and Maximize Conversions.
Familiarity with SEO strategies and how they integrate with paid search to improve overall performance.
Knowledge of third-party tools such as SEMrush, Google Data Studio, and other platforms used for performance optimization and reporting.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest features and strategies in Google Ads, particularly those that focus on scaling campaigns effectively.
