Job Description: Google Ads Revenue Growth Expert - Lead Generation & Performance Optimization
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Multiple Google Ads Accounts: Oversee and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts, ensuring campaigns are structured to drive lead generation and revenue growth across different industries and business models.
Lead Generation Focus: Develop and implement Google Ads campaigns that are specifically designed for lead generation, targeting high-intent audiences to increase qualified leads and conversion rates.
Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to inform and optimize bidding strategies, ensuring the right keywords are targeted to drive both quality traffic and revenue growth.
A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead A/B testing initiatives and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts, including testing landing pages, ad copy, and bidding strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and revenue performance.
Remarketing & Audience Targeting: Use remarketing and audience targeting strategies to re-engage previous website visitors and refine targeting, optimizing ad spend and increasing conversion opportunities.
SEM & Search Engine Marketing: Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies and ensure they align with client objectives, driving revenue growth through improved visibility and optimized bids.
Google Analytics & Performance Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics 360 and Google Search Console to track campaign performance, providing clients with detailed insights and recommendations for growth.
Revenue Growth Optimization: Leverage performance marketing strategies to optimize campaigns for maximum revenue, focusing on improving ROI through smart bidding strategies and targeted optimizations.
Client Strategy & Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and create customized Google Ads strategies that drive revenue. Deliver regular performance reports with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts with a strong focus on lead generation and revenue growth.
Google Ads Search Certification, Google AdWords Certification, and Google Analytics Certification are required.
Deep expertise in keyword research and keyword targeting, using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Google Trends.
Strong experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO), continuously optimizing ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Proficient in remarketing and audience targeting, leveraging audience insights to improve campaign performance and increase conversions.
Expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) with a focus on performance optimization for lead generation and revenue growth.
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 360 and Google Search Console to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Strong background in performance marketing with a clear focus on revenue growth, improving ROI, and optimizing ad spend.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with advanced Google Ads bidding strategies such as Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions, and Enhanced CPC.
Knowledge of SEO strategies and understanding of how they complement paid search efforts.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Google Data Studio, and other digital marketing tools for tracking and reporting.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Google Ads features and best practices for driving revenue growth and improving lead generation performance.
