Job Description: Google Ads Growth Strategist - Lead Generation & SEM Expert
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement growth strategies across multiple Google Ads accounts, ensuring scalable lead generation and optimized campaign performance.
Lead Generation Expertise: Specialize in driving high-quality lead generation through Google Ads campaigns, ensuring campaigns are designed to meet client business objectives.
Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research to develop and execute keyword strategies that enhance campaign visibility and relevance.
A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization: Lead A/B testing efforts to continuously improve ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures, optimizing for higher conversion rates.
Remarketing & Audience Targeting: Build and optimize remarketing strategies, effectively targeting segmented audiences to re-engage users and increase conversion rates.
SEM Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts, ensuring efficient ad spend and improved performance in competitive markets.
Google Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics 360 and Google Search Console to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, offering insights and strategies for optimization.
Client Collaboration & Strategic Insights: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored Google Ads strategies that drive business growth. Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts with a focus on lead generation and growth strategies.
Google Ads Search Certification, Google AdWords Certification, and Google Analytics Certification are required.
Deep expertise in keyword research and the ability to develop actionable keyword strategies to drive campaign success.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to continuously refine and improve ad performance.
Expertise in remarketing and audience targeting to improve engagement and conversion.
Strong understanding of SEM strategies and how to use them to scale performance across multiple accounts.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 360 and Google Search Console for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance data.
Ability to leverage performance marketing techniques to maximize ROI on paid search campaigns.
Strong communication skills to effectively present strategies, collaborate with clients, and work within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in performance marketing across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic).
A strong understanding of SEO and how it integrates with paid search efforts to drive holistic results.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Google Data Studio, and other digital marketing tools.
Up-to-date with the latest Google Ads trends and best practices for driving growth and performance.
