**Job Title: Google Ads Bidding Strategist**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Google Ads Campaign Management**: Manage multiple Google Ads accounts, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for lead generation and performance. Develop and implement bid strategies to achieve the best possible ROI.
- **Bid Management & Budget Optimization**: Focus on bid management, utilizing manual and automated bidding strategies to optimize campaigns across multiple accounts. Monitor and adjust budgets to ensure efficient use of resources while maximizing conversions.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and execute lead generation strategies, targeting specific audiences to deliver high-quality leads, tailored to client needs.
- **Keyword Research & Strategy**: Conduct thorough keyword research and strategy development to ensure campaigns are targeting the most relevant and high-performing keywords. Continuously refine keywords to drive better results.
- **A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization**: Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels to continuously optimize campaign performance and increase conversion rates.
- **Remarketing & Audience Targeting**: Utilize remarketing tactics to re-engage users who have interacted with ads or websites. Build precise audience targeting strategies to drive qualified traffic and improve conversions.
- **Google Tag Manager & Analytics**: Implement tracking and data collection through **Google Tag Manager**, and monitor campaign performance using **Google Analytics** to adjust strategies based on real-time data insights.
- **Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Google Search Console**: Collaborate with teams to improve SEM efforts and integrate paid search strategies with organic search initiatives. Utilize **Google Search Console** for performance analysis and issue troubleshooting.
- **Performance Marketing & Data-Driven Decisions**: Focus on performance-driven strategies that prioritize measurable results. Analyze key metrics to guide bidding decisions, adjusting campaigns to optimize results and ensure client goals are met.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in managing **multiple Google Ads accounts** with a focus on **bid management**, **budget optimization**, and **lead generation**.
- Expertise in **Google Ads Campaign Management**, with a deep understanding of **Bid Management & Budget Optimization**.
- Advanced knowledge of **Google Tag Manager**, **Google Analytics**, and **Google Analytics 360** to track and measure campaign performance.
- Strong experience in **Keyword Research & Strategy** to create effective campaigns and ensure relevance across search engines.
- Proficiency in **A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization** to enhance campaign performance.
- Experience with **Remarketing & Audience Targeting** to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- **Google Ads Search Certification** (required).
- **Google Analytics Certification** (required).
- Familiarity with **Google Search Console** for monitoring and optimizing performance.
- Solid experience in **Performance Marketing**, with a focus on tracking, analyzing, and optimizing key metrics.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in a **digital marketing agency** managing multiple clients and accounts with diverse needs.
- Knowledge of advanced **Google Ads Automation** techniques, including scripts and automated bidding strategies.
- Understanding of **Google Shopping Ads** and **Performance Max** campaigns.
- Strong communication skills for client reporting and strategy development.
