Chief Google Ads Strategist

We are seeking an Experienced Chief Google Ads Strategist with a proven ability to manage multiple Google Ads accounts and develop high-performing lead generation campaigns across diverse industries.

As the Chief Google Ads Strategist at our agency, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative Google Ads strategies across multiple client accounts, with a primary focus on driving quality lead generation and performance optimization. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Google Ads ecosystem, data-driven insights, and industry best practices to guide your team and clients toward achieving business goals. Your strategic vision, leadership, and expertise will be essential in shaping the agency’s PPC approach and driving measurable success for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic direction and execution of Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimized for lead generation and maximum performance.
Develop, implement, and execute advanced PPC strategies using Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads) tailored to each client's goals and objectives.
Utilize deep data analysis to continually optimize campaigns, improving KPIs such as cost-per-lead (CPL), return on investment (ROI), conversion rates (CR), and click-through rates (CTR).
Oversee the creation of high-converting ad copy, keyword research, targeting strategies, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance and capture quality leads.
Mentor and guide a team of PPC specialists, providing leadership, support, and training to ensure campaigns are consistently delivering top results.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and challenges, and develop tailored Google Ads strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Monitor industry trends and Google Ads updates to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge and align with the latest best practices and innovations.
Provide clients with clear, data-driven reports and actionable insights to demonstrate campaign success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, social media) to integrate Google Ads strategies with broader digital marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns.
Manage large budgets and set bid strategies to ensure maximum performance and cost-effectiveness across all client accounts.
Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine ad copy, targeting methods, and landing page performance, ensuring optimal campaign outcomes.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience as a Google Ads Strategist or in a senior PPC role, managing multiple Google Ads accounts and leading large-scale lead generation campaigns.
In-depth expertise in Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads), with a focus on developing lead generation strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
Proven experience leading, managing, and mentoring a team of PPC specialists, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and campaign success.
Exceptional communication and client management skills, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations and clear performance reports.
Experience managing large budgets and setting up effective bid strategies, ensuring campaigns deliver optimal ROI.
Expertise in integrating Google Ads strategies with other digital marketing channels (SEO, content marketing, social media) to drive holistic results.
Google Ads Certification is required; additional digital marketing certifications or advanced PPC qualifications are a plus.
