We are seeking an Experienced Chief Google Ads Commander with exceptional expertise in handling multiple Google Ads accounts and driving high-performing lead generation campaigns across diverse client portfolios.

As the Chief Google Ads Commander at our agency, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across a wide array of client accounts. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing high-impact, results-driven lead generation strategies, ensuring the campaigns align with client objectives and deliver exceptional return on investment (ROI). Your leadership and deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem will be instrumental in driving growth and optimizing performance for multiple accounts while guiding and mentoring a team of PPC professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Take the lead in developing and executing Google Ads strategies across multiple client accounts, focusing on lead generation and maximizing campaign performance.
Implement advanced PPC strategies using Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads), ensuring they are aligned with client goals and drive high-quality leads.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, develop high-converting ad copy, and optimize landing pages to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
Utilize data analytics and Google Ads tools to track, measure, and refine campaigns, optimizing for key metrics such as cost-per-lead (CPL), return on investment (ROI), and conversion rates.
Oversee budget management and bidding strategies, ensuring campaigns deliver optimal performance while remaining within client budgets.
Mentor and manage a team of PPC specialists, ensuring they are executing best practices, optimizing campaigns, and meeting performance goals.
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and aligning PPC strategies with their marketing and business objectives.
Lead A/B testing initiatives to continually improve ad copy, targeting, and landing page performance for better lead generation outcomes.
Provide detailed reporting and actionable insights to clients, demonstrating the performance of their campaigns and offering recommendations for further optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, social media) to ensure integrated and cohesive digital marketing strategies that drive results across multiple channels.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience as a Google Ads Strategist or similar senior role, with a proven track record in managing multiple Google Ads accounts and leading successful lead generation campaigns in a digital marketing agency.
Expertise in Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads) and a strong focus on lead generation and performance optimization.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other PPC tools for monitoring, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance.
Exceptional leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor, guide, and inspire a team of PPC specialists.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
Google Ads Certification is required; additional certifications in digital marketing or advanced PPC strategies are a plus.
Proven experience in managing large PPC budgets and setting bid strategies to ensure campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
