**Job Title: Google Ads ROI Strategist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Google Ads Campaign Management**: Oversee and optimize multiple **Google Ads accounts**, with a focus on improving **ROI** through efficient campaign management strategies across **Search**, **Display**, and **Shopping** networks.
- **ROI Maximization**: Implement strategies that drive **return on investment (ROI)** by optimizing **bidding strategies**, adjusting budgets, and ensuring that campaigns deliver measurable success in terms of **lead generation**, **sales**, and other client goals.
- **Bid Management & Budget Optimization**: Continuously optimize **bidding strategies** and **budgets** for multiple campaigns, ensuring that clients get the most value for their ad spend and that campaigns are cost-effective while maximizing results.
- **Lead Generation**: Focus on **lead generation** strategies that utilize **Google Ads** to drive high-quality traffic and convert visitors into valuable leads through smart targeting and ad copy optimizations.
- **Keyword Research & Strategy**: Conduct in-depth **keyword research** to identify the best-performing keywords for lead generation and sales. Develop keyword strategies that improve the visibility of ads while ensuring **ROI**.
- **A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization**: Lead **A/B testing** for ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve **conversion rates** and ensure that each campaign is continually optimized for better performance.
- **Remarketing & Audience Targeting**: Set up and manage **remarketing** campaigns and **audience targeting** strategies to re-engage past visitors and attract high-converting prospects for campaigns.
- **Google Tag Manager & Analytics**: Leverage **Google Tag Manager** for proper tracking implementation and use **Google Analytics** to gather insights, measure performance, and report on **ROI**. Adjust campaigns based on performance data to maximize results.
- **Performance Marketing & Reporting**: Analyze and interpret **performance marketing** data to provide actionable insights and **ROI-focused** recommendations to clients. Create detailed performance reports and monitor trends to adjust campaigns as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing **multiple Google Ads accounts** with a strong focus on **ROI optimization** and **lead generation**.
- Expertise in **Google Ads Campaign Management**, including **Bid Management** and **Budget Optimization** to maximize **ROI** and client profitability.
- Deep knowledge of **Google Analytics** and **Google Tag Manager**, with the ability to track, measure, and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for higher ROI.
- Experience in **A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization** to ensure that campaigns are continually improving and achieving better results.
- Strong background in **Remarketing & Audience Targeting**, optimizing for maximum reach and relevance to the target audience.
- Expertise in **Keyword Research & Strategy**, with a focus on finding high-performing keywords that drive conversions and generate quality leads.
- **Google Ads Search Certification** (required).
- **Google Analytics Certification** (required).
- Familiarity with **Google Analytics 360** for advanced performance tracking and optimization.
- Proven experience in **Performance Marketing**, with a focus on **maximizing ROI** through data-driven decision-making and campaign adjustments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a **digital marketing agency**, managing diverse client accounts and ensuring the optimization of campaigns for maximum ROI.
