**Job Title: Google Ads PLA Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Google Ads PLA Management**: Set up, optimize, and manage **Google Product Listing Ads (PLAs)** campaigns, ensuring high visibility for e-commerce products across multiple Google Ads accounts.
- **Google Ads Campaign Management**: Oversee and manage various **Google Ads** campaigns, including **Shopping Ads**, **Search Ads**, and **Display Ads**, focusing on generating leads, improving sales, and driving ROI for clients.
- **Bid Management & Budget Optimization**: Implement **automated bidding strategies**, manually optimize bids, and manage budgets for **Product Listing Ads (PLAs)** to ensure cost-efficiency and maximize revenue generation.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and implement strategies that leverage **Google Ads** and **Google Merchant Center** to generate high-quality **leads** and drive conversions for clients, especially in e-commerce and retail industries.
- **Keyword Research & Strategy**: Conduct thorough **keyword research** and create targeted **keyword strategies** to improve the relevance and performance of **Product Listing Ads** and ensure that products appear in the most relevant searches.
- **A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization**: Lead **A/B testing** initiatives for ad copy, product titles, descriptions, and landing pages, continuously improving **conversion rates** and driving better results from PLA campaigns.
- **Remarketing & Audience Targeting**: Implement **remarketing** campaigns and **audience targeting** strategies to re-engage previous visitors, driving them back to the site and converting them into customers.
- **Google Tag Manager & Analytics**: Utilize **Google Tag Manager** for tracking implementations and **Google Analytics** to analyze and report on performance, ensuring accurate measurement of PLA campaign success and areas for improvement.
- **Performance Marketing & Reporting**: Create and present detailed performance reports to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign strategies and drive **revenue growth**.
- **Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**: Collaborate with the team to refine **SEM** efforts for **Google Shopping Ads**, ensuring that product data is optimized and fully aligned with **Google Search Console** for better visibility and ad performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing **multiple Google Ads accounts**, specifically with a focus on **Google Product Listing Ads (PLAs)** and **Google Shopping** campaigns.
- Expertise in **Google Ads Campaign Management**, **Bid Management**, and **Budget Optimization** to improve performance across multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of **Google Merchant Center**, including feed management, product data optimization, and ensuring products are eligible for PLA campaigns.
- In-depth experience with **Lead Generation**, specifically using **Google Ads** and **Product Listing Ads** to generate high-quality leads.
- Proficiency in **A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization** to improve ad performance, landing page experience, and increase overall conversions.
- Strong knowledge of **Remarketing & Audience Targeting** techniques, with an ability to segment and target the right customers for **Product Listing Ads**.
- Proficient in using **Google Tag Manager** and **Google Analytics** for tracking and analyzing campaign data, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- **Google Ads Search Certification** (required).
- **Google Analytics Certification** (required).
- Experience with **Google Analytics 360** for comprehensive performance tracking and insights.
- In-depth experience in **Performance Marketing**, with a strong ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for improved results.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a **digital marketing agency**, managing multiple client accounts with a focus on **e-commerce** and retail.
- Familiarity with **Google Shopping Ads** management, including optimizing **product data** feeds and integrating with **Google Merchant Center**.
- Advanced skills in **SEM** and **Search Console** to further optimize the visibility of product listings and drive high-quality traffic.
- Strong communication skills to work with clients, report on performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
