**Job Title: Google Ads & Conversion Expert**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Google Ads Campaign Management**: Manage and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts for clients across different industries, ensuring campaigns are performing at the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Lead Generation**: Design and execute Google Ads strategies focused on generating quality leads, aligning with client business goals, and achieving conversion targets.
- **Bid Management & Budget Optimization**: Effectively allocate and manage campaign budgets, ensuring the best possible return on ad spend (ROAS) through bid adjustments and budget optimization techniques.
- **Keyword Research & Strategy**: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify the best opportunities for ad targeting. Develop and refine keyword strategies to improve campaign performance.
- **A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization**: Plan and implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels to maximize conversion rates and improve overall campaign performance.
- **Remarketing & Audience Targeting**: Create remarketing campaigns and strategically segment audiences to enhance targeting and drive repeat conversions from past visitors.
- **Google Tag Manager & Analytics**: Use Google Tag Manager to implement tracking codes and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance. Provide insights on traffic, user behavior, and conversions.
- **Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Search Engines Optimization**: Leverage SEM best practices to improve both organic and paid search rankings, optimizing results across search engines.
- **Google Search Console**: Utilize Google Search Console to monitor search performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- **Performance Marketing & Metrics**: Focus on performance-driven campaigns that meet clients’ KPIs, ensuring consistent and measurable results. Monitor and report on key metrics to clients and internal teams.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in managing multiple Google Ads accounts, with a strong track record in **lead generation** and **conversion optimization**.
- Expertise in **Google Tag Manager**, **Google Analytics**, and **Google Ads Campaign Management** to drive results.
- In-depth knowledge of **Bid Management & Budget Optimization** to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Expertise in **Keyword Research & Strategy**, with a focus on **Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**.
- Advanced experience in **A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization** for improving campaign outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in **Remarketing & Audience Targeting** to re-engage users and improve conversion rates.
- **Google Ads Search Certification** (required).
- **Google Analytics Certification** (required).
- **Google Ads Automation** knowledge, including scripting, rules, and automated bidding strategies for efficient campaign management.
- **Google Analytics 360** and **Google Search Console** experience to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
- Solid understanding of **performance marketing** concepts, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in a **digital marketing agency** environment, managing client relationships and campaigns.
- Experience with **advanced conversion tracking setups** and implementing **Google Ads automation** scripts.
- Familiarity with performance marketing on platforms beyond Google Ads (such as Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Proven success in improving **Google Ads Quality Score** and **Campaign Efficiency** across multiple accounts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client reporting and strategy discussions.
