
Google Ads Strategist

**Role Overview**:
This is a strategic role that requires both planning and performance analysis skills. We value proven success and campaign knowledge more than certifications.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, develop, and manage Google Ads strategies for clients or internal campaigns
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize existing campaigns for performance, cost-efficiency, and goal alignment
- Monitor and interpret key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.)
- Work with content, design, and account teams to ensure messaging alignment
- Prepare performance reports and communicate strategic recommendations clearly
- Stay current with Google Ads updates, trends, and new features
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, ad copywriting, bid management, and A/B testing
- Experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools
- Ability to develop actionable insights based on performance data
- Solid understanding of paid search principles and funnel strategy
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with Google Ads, SaaS, Shopping Ads, or Display Network
- Background in lead generation or ecommerce marketing
- Experience handling multiple clients or verticals
