**Job Title: Google Ads Revenue Growth Expert**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Google Ads Campaign Management**: Manage and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts to drive **revenue growth**, focusing on lead generation and performance maximization for clients across various industries.
- **Bid Management & Budget Optimization**: Implement advanced bid strategies and budget management techniques to maximize return on investment (ROI) across multiple Google Ads accounts, ensuring effective allocation of ad spend.
- **Lead Generation & Revenue Growth**: Develop and execute **lead generation** strategies within Google Ads, using targeted campaigns to attract high-quality leads that convert, driving substantial revenue growth for clients.
- **Keyword Research & Strategy**: Conduct in-depth **keyword research** and implement strategic keyword plans to drive quality traffic, ensuring ads are shown to the most relevant audience and maximizing conversions.
- **A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization**: Lead **A/B testing** strategies for ads, landing pages, and conversion paths to improve **conversion rates** and maximize revenue generation potential from campaigns.
- **Remarketing & Audience Targeting**: Implement **remarketing** campaigns and audience segmentation strategies to re-engage previous visitors, focusing on driving conversions and increasing revenue from existing leads.
- **Google Tag Manager & Analytics**: Use **Google Tag Manager** for efficient tracking setup and **Google Analytics** to monitor campaign performance, analyzing data to continually refine and optimize strategies for revenue growth.
- **Performance Marketing & Reporting**: Focus on data-driven, **performance marketing** strategies to meet or exceed client goals. Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continual improvement.
- **Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize **SEM** efforts and leverage **Google Search Console** to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any issues affecting campaign success.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing **multiple Google Ads accounts** with a focus on **revenue growth**, **lead generation**, and **performance optimization**.
- Strong expertise in **Google Ads Campaign Management**, including advanced **bid management** and **budget optimization**.
- In-depth experience with **Google Analytics** and **Google Tag Manager** to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Advanced knowledge of **Keyword Research & Strategy** to ensure campaigns are targeting the most relevant and high-converting keywords.
- Expertise in **A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization** to continually refine campaigns for better results.
- Proven experience in **Remarketing & Audience Targeting**, implementing strategies to re-engage past visitors and maximize conversions.
- **Google Ads Search Certification** (required).
- **Google Analytics Certification** (required).
- Strong understanding of **Google Analytics 360** to extract actionable insights and improve campaign performance.
- Expertise in **Performance Marketing**, with a focus on data analysis, optimization, and revenue generation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
