**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic **Google Ads Marketing Executive** to assist with campaign management, performance tracking, and daily optimizations. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their career in paid marketing with hands-on experience in Google Ads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Support keyword research, ad copy reviews, and basic targeting setup.
- Monitor performance metrics and report key trends.
- Coordinate with the internal team for campaign execution and changes.
- Help prepare performance reports and optimization checklists.
- Stay updated on platform changes, ad formats, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in Google Ads or digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of paid campaign structures and lead generation.
- Strong interest in marketing performance and ad optimization.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Analytics, or Excel is a plus.
