**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical **Google Ads Growth Strategist** to support campaign planning and assist in scaling paid advertising efforts. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build their expertise in lead-focused ad strategy and data-driven decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing Google Ads strategies based on client goals.
- Support keyword research, ad copy review, and audience targeting plans.
- Analyze campaign performance data and suggest optimizations.
- Work with internal teams to align landing pages and ad goals.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and performance patterns.
- Help prepare strategy documents and reports.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience or academic exposure to digital advertising or marketing strategy.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and lead generation principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to performance-focused environments.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, campaign tools, or data dashboards is a plus.
